Are you outgoing, energetic, and ready to bring a smile to customers' faces? We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate (CEA) to be the heart of our store—helping customers, checking out guests at the counter, and ensuring the space stays inviting and organized.
As a CEA, your day will be filled with variety! You’ll assist customers, process transactions, maintain vendor areas, tidy up the store, and handle additional tasks as needed. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love engaging with people, and can multitask like a pro, this could be the perfect fit for you.
🔹 What You’ll Need to Succeed: ✔ Ability to stay on your feet throughout the day with a positive, customer-friendly attitude ✔ Strong multitasking skills in our busy, lively store ✔ Basic computer skills to assist with transactions and store tasks ✔ A willingness to jump in where needed and keep our space looking great
🕒 We’re open 7 days a week, 10 AM - 5 PM—weekends are a must!
