MEET YOUR ROASTERS
ROASTERS: JOSH & KATIE FRY
Josh and Katie took over Red Letter Roasters from founder Tyson Suemnicht in 2024. They met working as missionaries during their time at El Búho Café in Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. It's where Josh first fell in love with smells, sights, and delicate details of the perfect roast. And then they fell in love with one other. Josh keeps the local Fire and EMS district where he works supplied with coffee and Katie cares for their own perfect blend.
